[s-cars] Selling cars on list?

Like every rule of law; there is always an exception or two or a
hundred.  And; since my RS2 (stinkeen) bhadges says P------ in addition
to having Audi rings, I vote anything P------ related is okay by me to
post for sale.
That said; the exception that would allow the aforementioned exception
would further state that only human individual individuals may post and
not commercial Ferengi spammers.
And that's the way it is (or should be;)
