[s-cars] Freaking Leaking Turbo

Okay I have several pending issues, but the pig is still running.   Most
pressing is that I cannot seem to tighten down the top of the turbo
coolant connection enough to stop an ever so slow drip.  

I don't know what you call them but there are two nuts on top of one
another there that screw into the turbo.  I thought maybe some Permatex
but then thought the turbo may be too hot for that.  

Is there a high temp sealant that may work or do I need to replace the
nutz?
