The problem with using strut assemblies from a 10v turbo quattro type 44
or
a non-S C4 chassis car is that the track is narrower. You really need to
use
the parts from a V8 or an UrS to do it "right."

Dave,

The PO of my 91 200q20v (RIP) had done the G60 conversion himself.  I 
believe he said he did it with parts from a 93 100CS Avant.  He
mentioned 
he took the entire strut housing.    Anyone else heard of this?
