I have a 94 S4, I bounght a chip set (2chips) off of E-bay about two months
ago. It was abot $180 from german parts wholesale. I noticed he is still
selling them last time I looked I am not trying sell this guys stuff, but my
car is very smooth and the chips seems to put alot of power. He has dino
tests of the reults from an 92 or 93 S4, that was measured. Take a look at
his results and discised for yourself. I had to send him my ECUin to him
Dont know how it campares to Tap or others but works great for me. He does
not install a 3 Bar senser like tap does, just leaves the orginal 2.5 bar.
Maybe that's why they want $475 because the 3 bar sensor is about another
$260, so just another idea for you to consider
