Two of the coil pack cover bolts go into studs (for lack of better term)
that also hold the valve cover on. Be sure to remove those.

Ok I removed 8 bolts (plus the 4 to remove the coil packs) and three
hoses.  Is there anything else I should do before I whack it with a
rubber mallet?
