[s-cars] Ignition Switch and Radio Power

Robert,

As far as I know, it is normal for the radio to stay on after the key is
removed on these cars.  Maybe the power down was related to your bad switch.
There is a chime that goes off when the door is opened to remind your wife
to turn the radio off.
