[s-cars] Ignition Switch and Radio Power

All this talk has me thinking about my wife's 92.  It has an aftermarket
alpine stereo and it stays on until the key is removed.  My 92 stays on even
after the key is removed.  I wonder if the ignition switch behavior can be
altered to act differently?
