[s-cars] Wind noise from drivers door

The typical "body man" trick is to open the door, block it open at the 
bottom with a piece of 2x4, open the window (so that the next operation 
does not cause it to break), and then bend the top of the door in toward 
the car using a "carefully calculated amount of force" to get it to bend 
just the right amount so that the gasket will fit more tightly.
