I found Hap's hose clamps at the Napa online store:

This particular clamp goes for $3.99 and the Napa site
indicates there are 5 per box.  I've ordered a few
clamps of various sizes for my 200Q20v Samco kit and
will see if they really are 5 clamps for $4.  

If this price/quantity is accurate it's tons cheaper
than what partssystems.com is selling Breeze clamps
for ($4.09 each).
