[s-cars] ID this connector part II

I've tried to figure this out before.  But, now, with the help of a
digital camera, perhaps the mystery can be solved (especially since it's
only a mystery to me!).

So, with pictures, I ask, "What is this connector?"
It's obvious which one I'm talking about---the one crumbling apart :)
