I have not figured out how to integrate, but both Nokia and Motorola
have wonderful "Professional Install" car kits.

Get into the car and click the phone into the holder, and drive away.
Use either a cradle type pick up handset or talk hands free with the
"professionally installed" separate microphone and speaker hooked to the
mute function on the radio.  Program how you want the phone charged &
for how long to stay on when you leave it plugged in, and other neat
stuff.
