[s-cars] Turbo after run pump...

The timing relay is located at the right foot of the passenger, (a big
brown one) and the fan relay is in the fusebox in the plenum chamber.
(marked on the sticker inside the box.)
My fan only starts after a _really_ spirited drive, and if it's pretty
hot outside.
(have started only a couple of times in mid-summer)

I had to change a 2N2222 transistor in mine because it ran almost
continously just after I got the car..  ;o)

In short, to check it, just short the two leads from the sender on the
small water manifold.
