[s-cars] wastegate spring - mirror defroster

I am upgrading from the TAP chip and spring to MTM, and need a stock
wastegate spring.  I am willing to trade for the TAP chips and spring.

Also, neither of my rear view mirrors are defrosting, while the rear
defroster works fine.  Is this as simple as a checking fuses?  Could this
have something to do with my non-functioning cruise control?

Any takers and help is appreciated.
