I have experienced boost BPV flutter. As I loosen my double WG springs it
appears as a 3-4 psi wave of boost that takes about 1-2 seconds between waves. If
your flutters are closer together I'd suspect your BPV if you have it plumbed
conventionally with the pressure at the bottom of the piston. HTH.
