I thought it was pretty apparent, that the German auto manufacturers
have zero interest in providing cupholders to the North American market.
How else does one explain the laughable excuses for cupholders found in
the models of these engineering powerhouses?  "We gave you a steenking
cupholder, now shut up and drive." Seems like some enterprising lister
could engineer a voice-actuated, fluid injection system using a surplus
washer pump. Vorsprung, baby!

>I love it when people get in my car with me and ask where are the cup holders.  in the Audi (97s6) I show them then say you should probably hold onto your drink.  I like it even better when in my other cars that don't have any cup holders and tell them sorry, no cup holders here.  IMHO a driver's car doesn't need cup holders.
