[s-cars] Adding retractable cupholders

My 92 2 really lousy ones under the armrest between the front seats, which
fit almost nothing.

Hmmm.  The only thing I don't like about in that carpeted area in front of
the shifter, is it gets annoying to shift.  Gotta move the coffee each time.
Unless you moved them upwards towards the radio maybe.
