[s-cars] heater blower fan - the new fan vibrates.....I think I know why?

Well I received my repalcement fan today, opened the box and it has two
metal clips attached to te fan blades. Dug out the box for the first
fan I received and it has two metal clips in the bottom of the box that
are identical to the clips on this fan.

Sounds like the balancing clips somehow fell off the fan blade.
