Hi I'm new to the list and have a couple questions?

1. Where are the cupholders?
	Below the armrest. Not the best location!
2. Why doesn't the driver seat heater work? (the rest do)
	Usually a broken wire in the heating element. More details at
http://20v.org/seatheat.htm. Although it's not for the urS, I think it
works for our cars.
3. Why is the ignition switch so sticky?
	Common problem. Try to lube it or replace.
4. Is weak headlight output normal?
	Yes. Cleaning the lens, relaying the bulbs and converting the
lows to 9005 will improve the output a lot. If it's not enough, you can
consider Igor's Euro Supernova or Euro HID but your wallet need to be
healthy.
5. What is a PIZZO?
	The right question is Who... and the answer will be rejected by
the mailman manager with a "Message over the KB limit"
