You should get your own estimates from a couple of body shops. If your
estimates come in higher, send copies to the adjuster and tell him how
much you need. They are usually fairly reasonable in the estimates, but
you shouldn't pay out of your pocket for someone else's mistake.
Do demand OEM (Audi) replacement parts. The adjuster will try to
substitute aftermarket body parts, which could effect your resale. If
you would try trading in the car in the future, they would notice the
aftermarket parts and think "accident".
