[s-cars] Is there a Driver's Seat removal FAQ?

I have 2 93 Audi S4's and need to replace teh heating elements in both
driver's seats. I have lots of repair write ups bookmarked, as such I
easily found the seat heater repair list:

But I can't find any information on removing the S4 seats, the FAQ's
all seem to be for different models and don't cover removing the seat.

Anyone BTDT recently?
