[s-cars] Blinkers, wipers and mirrors, oh my!

Does anyone have a solution (other than replacement) for the inconsistent  high beams and rear wiper.
Seems as though the connections are dirty.

***Also, has any had the lovely problem of the mirrors moving whenever the car is unlocked with "keyless entry"?
I have tried to leave the mirror adjusters in different positions (i.e. left one in/ both equal, etc) but no luck.
