[s-cars] Grrr..... Auto-Check is driving me crazy!

Not sure if this applies to an s-car:

On my 5ktq, the wires going to the lights in the trunk lid were responsible
for my auto-check problems.  Over time, the insulation had become brittle
where the wires cross over from body to lid, allowing some inter-wire
contact.  I wound up cutting out the brittle parts and splicing in a loop of
wire to correct the problem.

Another possibility is that you have mismatched bulbs R/L.  The autocheck
system checks not so much for a bulb out, but for a difference in current
draw R/L.
