I don't think I know you well enough!!  I usually prefer to work on my Audis
while fully clothed!!!

p.p.s. there's a connector you can unplug to get rid of the Servotronic
boost - read the archives
(http://www.audifans.com/archives/1998/04/msg00865.html). I'm sure someone
posted a neater solution involving removing a relay, but I can't remember
the details.
