[s-cars] Turbo Cross-Over Tube Replacement To Metal Parts List

I wish to change over the plastic Turbo Cross Over Tube on my 95.5 S6 avant to
metal from the prior years.

Does anyone have list of the part #s, mounting hardware etc that I need and
how much does such a conversion cost?
