not sure, but I could see it helping. IMS the A8 is a thicker rotor than the standard G60 which means that the flex of the caliper under load is less, and heat dissipation is better too, all else being equal.

I won't jump there with you teddy, not necessarily on a G60 setup. It *can* produce more brake torque, it can also distort the caliper more (and does). Fixed caliper arrangements make this argument easier to accept, but hard to go there with the G60.

Well, that would be making the argument that a 276 rotor is a *problem* in and of itself. I don't make that argument. I make the argument that the main G60's shortcomings are found in the caliper and carrier/pin arrangement (floating). Once resolved (change to fixed mount), I can start agreement with you on the above statement.
