I had exactly the same experience with an S6 Plus with stock brakes ! !

I upgraded my S6 to BIRA System 3 2 years ago and I recently took a
fellow lister's car out for a drive. Forgot how *bad* the stock brakes
are. Wow!

This is a fabulous upgrade...pedal feel is dramatically better, no fade,
no pad deposition and pulsing after hard braking.

You owe it to yourself to do this :)

BTW, I went with Sys3 for more flexibility in wheel choices...
