[s-cars] Contact list for travelers needing help...

I have an idea!

As we so often see fellow S-car owners/friends traveling far away fromt
their homes, occasionally these friends have needed help (finding
pentosin on a Sunday). It has occurred to me (as we prepare to head
east in one of our 93 S4's on our honeymoon) that it could be very
helpful to have a list of volunteers that are willing to help out in
different locations.

Is there a way we could create a web based list that we can input our
contact information, and what help we can provide. This contact
information that could be printed out and taken with you when on a
trip? This could allow our fellow list members to be able to pick up a
phone and seek out helpful advice, and help.

For starters I would be glad to assemble a list and distribute it to
the members until we could take it to a web based utility. (I know I'll
regret this in about 2 weeks) :- )

This is the only list that I have ever been a member of that I would be
willing to provide my personal contact information to. The members of
this list have come together to create what has to be the most polite,
friendly, caring community I have ever been a member of.

Any thoughts?
