Ditto on Taka's comments,
Cable is far superior in my experience. Download
speeds on cable are routinely 8-10 times faster with
my Cox cable modem (which is the best I've had). Even
in the slow times, it's still around 200kbps. My DSL
in Boulder, CO was 256kbps... good, but not great.
