If it is like my 200, just pry them off from the top or bottom. Put some
tape on the housing to prevent damage and spray WD40 liberally in back
of the glass. Was held in place by 4 plastic clips.

You can purchase the glass portion of the mirror from the dealer.
There's a trick to popping the old mirror glass off, and the new glass
goes on nicely. Do a google search to find the trick, I don't know it
offhand...but with two mirrors of my own (both left side) showing the
same aging, I'll be figuring it out soon :)
