I can only add that this process doesn't seem to be progressing in a
normal manner.  I recommend as previously advised that you get your own
estimates or insure that the shop you pick to repair the car accepts
the estimate from the insurance company to perform the repairs you want.
The b-pillar damage concerns me.  Some states will not recertify a car
with a structural component like the b-pillar damaged, since it affects
the integrity of the safety box around the occupants.  If they do have
an approved repair procedure, you may still be left with a blemished
title.
