[s-cars] Sumitomo HTR+

I don't know if anyone's mentioned the Falken Ziex
512's yet.  I have a set of them on the V8Q and they
seem to be a pretty decent rain and summer tire and
are around 99 bucks a pop.  They may get you by in the
snow, too
