IIRC, don't forget the RS2 exhaust cam.

As for some of the other variables, FWIW I believe Hap's infinitely (well
almost, the gauge for it is big enough to cover infinity) adjustable fuel
pressure regulator seems to be a great way to accommodate some "fine" tuning
of fuel injector delivery as between alternative fuel injector (e.g., Bosch
280 vs. 360 cc/min @ 3 bar and RC 370 or 440 cc/min) set ups.
