i am willing to try it.  but then again, i'll happily eat pig's feet,
pig's ear, tendon, tripe, beef oxtail, goose hearts, blood sausage,
and curdled pig blood.

i tend to draw the line at chicken feet, not because it bothers me
but because it's a lot of work chewing on the bones for the tiny amount
of meat you get.
