Todd,
No help on a source, but I will offer this bit of advice if you are going to
do the job yourself.
Get yourself an extra open-end wrench that fits the nuts, I think it is
10mm. Grind the extra meat off of the business end of the wrench. Use this
to run the nuts up, but not to final torque. There is so little space
around the RS2 manifold that you will drive yourself apesh!t getting 1/16th
of a rotation an the nut, turning the wrench over, and repeating. I would
also get a set (or just one if you can find it) of ratcheting box end
wrenches, 'cause you can't get a socket on some of the nuts either.
