[s-cars] Latvian dealer in RS parts

I have never bought anything from Latvia but here is what I know. There is a
guy on the European S2 list from Latvia who has provided comparitive prices
on new parts from the Latvian dealer that were lower than anything the rest
of us in Western Europe could match. From what I know of these countries (I
used to travel in Eastern Europe a lot) the dealers have to keep prices in
parity with the general purchasing power of the people is much lower in the
west.

So the prices can be legit. Shipping may hurt you. Verify the PN's. All the
other caveats.
