[s-cars] Hose clamps

I've been using the Turbonetics t-bolt clamps for quite some time
now without any problems. I'm not running as much boost, maybe that
is the reason?

The Turbonetics clamps are something like 10-12mm wide, I also recall
that they can be had from a different source for significantly less
than what they (or ECS) asks.

If anyone is going to buy some clamps, I want to have a couple extras-
one for the lower intercooler hose.
