[s-cars] RS2 v. CT Emissions

While my car doesn't have nearly the goodies that Hap's car does, mine
does have the full RS2 kit and some aggressive firmware.  It passes the
CO rolling dyno emissions test via the "fast pass" criteria -- it's so
clean they don't even bother running a full test.  I've watched a couple
WMB cars have to endure the full test...
