[s-cars] Noisy Stromung in the rain

Just a guess, but there could be a cracked weld that opens up
when you've got larger temperature differentials between portions
of the exhaust system (those areas splashed with water will be cooler
and therefore not expand as much).
You might want to check the weld attaching the small pipe going to
the wastegate. I recall that someone else on the list had a problem
there before.
