Bob,
Might want to try cleaning the ISV with some brake cleaner for starters.
Just got through fighting the exact same situation as you. Car was usually
fine once fully warmed up but, while cold, would stall occasionally while
coasting to a stop in neutral. Soaked mine in brake cleaner for the better
part of 4 hours, applying 12 volts of power to activate the valve. Cost-$000
The other common stall problem may be due to a bad by-pass valve, btdt too.
Diaphram was completely torn. A new adjustable after-market unit solved
that. Cost-$125
