[s-cars] battery problem, Alarm

somebody pointed out to me the following link:

so maybe it's the alarm system after all.  i had stopped suspecting the
alarm system because even after i pulled the circuit breaker for the alarm
system, the battery continued to drain.  the J139 relay (which is the
power window/sunroof control module) randomly switches on/off on its own,
even with the alarm system's circuit breaker removed.  this circuit
breaker controls the dome light, infrared, and alarm system.

what do y'all think?  it seems that the relay itself is malfunctioning,
so i should go ahead and replace it.  however, it is also possible that
the alarm system is malfunctioning as described in scott mockry's writeup.
