[s-cars] Installing a new O2 sensor, is there a torque value?

While I don't know if Liquid Wrench has silicone in it (the name
predates the invention of silicone fluids), it certainly won't hurt to
use some "brake clean" around the hole if penetrating oil has been
used.  Note Kroil has no silicone; the silicone version is named
Silikroil, last I looked.  I don't know about PB Blaster.
