Cody,

I'm all for the turning stuff...as a matter of fact, I
prefer it to 1/4 mile crap.  However, it's a lot
easier to skew a dyno number than it is to do the same
to a trap speed, which is a direct indication of
engine power, period.  I really don't want to get into
what happens when you do SAE correction at altitude
and as we both know, different dynos will read
different numbers on the same car on the same day.

For the record, I was at Lime Rock last weekend and
looking at my schedule for this summer, I'm averaging
two driving events a month, minimum.  Lord knows I
need the seat time.  :-)
