It's possible to change the Delta CC to a Concert, but it's not a drop-in
swap.  There will be some wiring mods required.  Also, if you have the
trip computer and radio display in your instrument cluster, you'll
lose that capability because the two radios communicate with the cluster
differently.

Of course, if the whole point of the swap is for the PhatNoise, then
you'll also need to change the wiring from the radio to the changer
because that is also different.
