[s-cars] Canadian Pricing on NAPA constant torque clamps

Seems very expensive. I used the AWAB full stainless steel clamps for
the turbo hoses which are available from most marine supplier for $4-$5.
I like the AWAB because they have a 7mm hex nut which is the same as OEM
and the band has a rolled edge and the gear drive is only on the outside
which does not tear the rubber.
