[s-cars] RS2 Turbo Group Buy Update

RS2-upgraden gruppees:  I spoke with Randy at TJM around 12:30 EST.  They had just received turbos from Customs and were preparing to ship them out today to those that have paid in full (I don't know if that means all of them or not). 

Shipping is by UPS ground.  (Unless you made other arrangements) Tracking numbers will not be available until tomorrow.  At that point, you can probably email Randy to request a UPS tracking number.
