I used the yellow top, due to my audio system pig-like current draw, and the
fact that these batteries like to site for a week with out doing anything.
Oddly enough my car likes to sit for a week with out doing anything as well.
1)--- I just used the only yellow top that was available is stores near me.
So the heck with the selector :-)
2)---See above I suppose. The red has a bit better cold cranking amp I
think, and the yellow has better reserve capacity (I think)
3)--- I will pull the back seat and check if you need me too.
4)--- YES, the yellow tops posts are reversed. Initially a big deal, until I
spun the battery 180 degrees and took the cables out of the hold downs. Now
they JUST reach with out any grief. The Audi hold down even works.
