[s-cars] Light/Sunroof control Pannel dropping

I used flexible bumper cover repair epoxy I bought (for a different
purpose) at an Auto Parts store.  Specifically, SEM Products 39708
Flexible SEM-weld.  There is probably a more ideal epoxy, but I didn't
have it at hand.  The panel plastic should be scratched up a bit and
cleaned with alcohol for a decent bond.  Don't expect super ruggedness,
but it should hold.
