[s-cars] Trunk Inside cover off - now where is that Ground Connection?

I do love the felt covered, camouflage screws holding the inside cover on -
WOW!

 

This is related to an erratic fuel gauge and my first stop is the ground as
specified in TSB 90-94-06 as this appears to be the least invasive of
suggested fixes.  Can anybody point me to the ground at the left rear
tail-light.  I have found some corrosion at the right rear (passenger side)
tail-light but it is at the connector not at some grounding point.  I
suspect this may be increasing resistance but would still like to identify
the actual ground point referenced in an earlier post and in the TSB.
