I tracked the IP from which the sellers mail was sent, it resides from
within Elizabeth, NJ.

I used http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm?GetLocation to track the IPA
209.228.34.133.

I got the IPA from the details of the e-mail I got, listed right here:
