[s-cars] BIRA vs Big Red (ECS2, etc)

well, assuming that all thing are equal on the topics of braking power and
reliability, you're looking at a slightly different set of deciding factors:
a - wheel fitment - spacers are a PITA, and I don't particularly trust them
- I think they cause extra bearing wear and they're a pain when putting the
wheels back on
b - support - ECS can give you more specific support on their products, as
they're a one-source solution. However, you can get much better 'general'
support through BIRA, Audiworld, etc
c - sourcing - contacting 3 or 4 vendors is not much fun - setting these
deals up takes a lot of time
d - cost - don't know how they compare, but hey it's ALWAYS a factor. Gotta
put a price on what your personal time is worth, too. If you save 30 bucks
but spend 5 hours ordering parts, talking on the phone, doing sourcing
homework, etc, then that's not a good deal in my book!
That's probably all the advice I can give ya.. I'd be happy with either
option, honestly
